Muffins
The Sienfeld episode about muffins and muffine tops was hysterical. We know that there's some truth to this preference for muffin tops. Ooma's takes that into consideration. We have standard muffins and a shallow dish muffin-like cake that we call "muffin tops". You'll like them.
Apple Pie Muffins
A classic white muffin, rich with eggs and sour cream with a filling of apples that have been sauteed in brown sugar and butter.
Banana Nut Bread Muffins
If you love old-fashioned banana nut bread, you'll love these muffins. We top ours with banana sugar glaze.
Classic Blueberry (or Other Berries) and then topped with a streusel topping.
Depending on the season, we love to use fresh blueberries or other berries for our muffins. However, if they are out of season, we do use frozen which are the next best thing to fresh. A juicy burst of fruit flavor.
Corn Muffins
We make a corn-type pudding and use cornmeal in our muffins. They are so good warm (zap in microwave for about 15 seconds) with a little pat of butter, or just plain.
Cranberry Maple Muffins
This muffin just smacks of New England. Chopped cranberries and pure maple syrup make these moist and bursting with flavor!
Double Chocolate Muffins
So now you don't have to feel guilty about eating chocolate for breakfast. Our chocolate muffins are loaded with our 66% cocoa butter chips.
Lemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake Muffins
The name says it all -fresh lemon zest, poppy seeds, baked into a dense poundcake-like muffin, then glazed with a lemon sugar glaze.
Sour Cream Coffee Cake Muffins
Rich, sour cream muffins with a brown sugar, cinnamon and walnut filling running through the muffin and also used as a topping.
